Havering Council have received a planning application for Chapmans Farm Riding Stables in Hall Lane (near to the A127).

The application (reference P1076.23) is for ‘Outline planning permission for change of use of Building 2 to 9 from commercial livery yard to a mixture of Use Class E and B8, one new building to replace Building 1 that was destroyed by fire, parking, Photovoltaic panels to roofs of Building 3 and EV fast charging station for 2 cars.’
