Planning application in St. Mary’s Lane on former Ruskin’s site)
A new planning application has been submitted on land immediately east of Coopers’ Company and Coborn School in St. Mary’s Lane, Upminster. The land, known locally as the former Ruskin’s site, has had several planning applications refused in recent years.
The application is for ‘Erection of Acquired Brain Injury Unit and open space with associated access, landscaping, parking and infrastructure’. Unlike the previous application, the latest one does not have any residential properties included.
