Residents may recall that there have been two previous applications to develop land adjacent to Coopers Coborn School’s playing field in St. Mary’s Lane, Upminster, for a Brain Injury Unit, both of which were refused by Havering Council’s Planning Department.

Another application has been submitted, for the “Erection of Acquired Brain Injury Unit with associated access, car and cycle parking, landscaping and infrastructure.”

The planning application number is P0054.25 and residents have until the 07 March 2025 to send in their comments.
