Postal Service in Upminster and Cranham

Residents’ Association councillors and some local residents have been in contact with Royal Mail concerning the lack of regular postal deliveries in the leadup to Christmas, which then extended into the New Year (see our previous Local postal deliveries update posts). Thank you to the resident who passed the information below on to us.

Earlier this week, Royal Mail stated that, in general, the problems they have been experiencing are now over. However, for the Upminster area, they state that ‘I’ve also checked information on deliveries in your area. I’m sorry, there does appear to be a local issue and we’re working hard to fix it. We’ll try and resume normal service as soon as we can and I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused while we resolve this issue.’
