Proposed ULEZ expansion

The Mayor of London has launched a consultation via Transport for London (TfL), on proposals to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) in August 2023.

If introduced, the zone would include almost the whole of Havering, and would mean that drivers of vehicles that didn’t meet ULEZ emission standards would pay £12.50 per day if they drove their vehicles within the zone.

To view TfL’s proposals visit the Proposed ULEZ expansion for 2023 webpage.

To give your response, visit the TfL ULEZ survey webpage, e-mail TfL via cleanairyourview@tfl.gov.uk or write to TfL at FREEPOST TFL HAVE YOUR SAY (that is the full postal address – no stamp needed).

  1. It isn’t clear from the ULEZ Webpage but as the M25 and proposed Environmentally Destructive LTC pass through this Borough, do you know if vehicles using these routes will be captured by the ULEZ charges or will the emissions from this climate busting traffic be exempt?
