Havering Council have announced that road resurfacing works will take place in Dart Close on Thursday 26 February and Fleet Avenue on Friday 27 February 2026, between 8am and 5pm on both days. During these times, both roads will be closed to traffic.

Affected properties will be receiving a letter from the council, detailing the works, access arrangements and the refuse collection on the Thursday.
