Havering Libraries are looking for volunteers aged 13+ to support the borough’s Summer Reading Challenge. The role involves listening to children aged 4-11 years discuss the books they have read as part of the nationwide reading initiative.

As a volunteer, you can commit to as many two-hour sessions as you like and it’s a great way to contribute to young readers development and learn new skills. Contact your local library for more information and to apply.
