Congratulations to Havering Council’s Parks Department staff and the volunteers who help maintain our local parks, as their efforts have been rewarded by receiving many awards in the London in Bloom competition.

Included once again is Upminster Park, which has been given a Gold Award in the Large Park of the Year category.
