Havering Council and the Metropolitan Police are holding one of their popular free basketball and football events in Upminster Park on Wednesday 20 August 2025.

• Football: Primary school age from 11am to 12 noon. Secondary school age from 12 noon to 1pm.
• Basketball: Primary school age from 12 noon – 1pm. Secondary school age from 1-2pm.

There is no need to book – just turn up!
