Havering Council have informed us that footway resurfacing works are planned to take place in Briarleas Gardens, Upminster, during the weeks commencing 02 November and 14 December 2026.

During these dates, Briarleas Gardens will remain open to vehicular traffic, whilst certain areas of footway may be restricted to facilitate the works.

Should the programme be delayed due to bad weather or mechanical breakdown, yellow signboards will be erected at the entrance to Briarleas Gardens, indicating any revised dates.

If you have any concerns or questions, please contact the Highways team at plannedhighwaymaintenance@havering.gov.uk or you can report any issues associated with the works via the council website havering.gov.uk .
