With reference to our previous post concerning the unavailability of Havering Council’s website, the website is now available again (as of 4pm Thursday 22 October 2026), although the council advise that some online systems may still not work, including:

• Some of forms might not load correctly
• You may experience issues accessing the Council Tax and Housing accounts
• Some of the pages that sit in our Council and democracy section can’t be viewed. Paper copies of Council agendas can be viewed at Havering Town Hall
• The Live Well Havering website is currently unavailable
• Other websites that link from this website may also be unavailable
