With reference to our previous post regarding the amended development proposals for the Hall Lane Mini Golf Course, it has been confirmed that previously submitted letters of objection will still be taken into consideration by Havering’s Planning Department and that residents will not be required to resubmit, unless they wish to comment on the revisions outlined in the revised application. Anyone who has not previously submitted comments can still do so.

The closing date for comments to be submitted is officially 31 January. However, unless the application is to be refused under delegated powers, the Planning Office will still accept comments beyond this date, prior to the application going before the Planning Committee.
