Havering Council library closure consultation events
With reference to our previous post concerning proposals by Havering Council to close four libraries in the borough, the council have announced a large number of consultation events between 09 July and 01 August 2024.
Upminster Library is NOT on the list of those that may be closed. However, a consultation event is being held there between 11am and 12.30pm on Wednesday 31 July 2024, which will cover proposals for the libraries under consideration for closure.

Could you please confirm whether the library consultation meeting on the 27th of July is still going ahead at Harold Wood library.
