With reference to our previous post in February 2024, which gave details of the developers of the former Hall Lane mini golf site’s appeal against Havering Planning Department’s refusal of an application for an extra house and other alterations to the approved plans, it has been announced that the Planning Inspectorate have dismissed the appeal.
