With reference to our previous post concerning the forthcoming resurfacing works in Moor Lane (July 2023), Havering Council have provided further details of road closures.

‘Moor Lane will be closed for carriageway resurfacing works at various locations between 8am and 5pm, Monday 3 July to Friday 7 July, and Monday 10 July 2023.

Follow on-site diversions. The exact locations and dates are:

Closed between its junctions with Queens Gardens and Acacia Gardens on Monday 3 July and Tuesday 4 July. Fairholme Gardens will also be closed at its junction with Moor Lane during this time.

Closed between its junctions with Acacia Gardens and Limerick Gardens on Wednesday 5 July and Thursday 6 July. Acacia Gardens and Limerick Gardens will also be closed at their junctions with Moor Lane.

Closed between its junctions with Limerick Gardens and Front Lane on Friday 7 July and Monday 10 July. Limerick Gardens, Kings Gardens, Heron Way (North) and Chipperfield Close will also be closed at their junctions with Moor Lane.’
