Havering Council have changed the way that residents can report litter and fly-tipping etc. Previously the Love Clean Streets app was used but following criticism of how effective it was, they have now switched to reporting directly on the council website.

To report litter or an issue with a street bin visit Street litter and bins .

To report fly-tipping visit Dumped rubbish (Fly-tipping) .
