We have been informed that due to service upgrades, London Councils Freedom Pass online portal will be unavailable from 5pm on Monday 31 August until 9am on Tuesday 15 September 2026. Anyone who needs to apply for a Freedom Pass, request a replacement or update their details, should do so before the portal closes.

Existing Freedom Passes will continue to work as normal throughout the upgrade.
