The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs have a website that shows air pollution forecast maps for the whole of the UK, giving a score from 1 (low) to 10 (very high). The website can be accessed here.

Using the arrows above the map you can show the forecast for up to four days ahead. By typing in your location into the search box underneath the map you can see a detailed forecast for your location.
