Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Peter Bullen, from the Havering Safer Transport Policing Team based at Romford Police Station, has taken over a scheme called Community Road Watch.

The scheme has been running for many years and has been a huge success but at present they have a lack of volunteers, which is hindering the frequency of Community Road Watch initiatives.
