Essex Wildlife Trust have a number of walks in June and July 2024.

• Saturday 01 June 2024 – Hanningfield Reservoir Nature Discovery Centre, Hawkswood Road, Downham, Billericay. CM11 1WT 10.30 – 12.30pm. Join them for a gentle walk beside the 870 acre reservoir. They hope to see several wildfowl and woodland birds. Meet at 10:30 in the car park.

• Saturday 06 July 2024 Thames Chase Forest Centre, Pike Lane, Upminster. Essex. RM14 3NS. 10.30 – 12.30pm. They expect to see wildflowers, butterflies and birds. Meet at 10:30 in the car park.

Walks take about 2 hours, are free and suitable for accompanied older children. No need to book. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
