Havering Council have announced that to support the borough’s residents and businesses, there will be free parking in council car parks on five consecutive Saturdays in the lead-up to Christmas. These will include Hoppy Hall, Wilson Close and Front Lane car parks in Upminster and Cranham.

The free parking will start on 27 November and end on 01 January 2022.
