Full Council Meeting 01 September 2021 – Members Questions
As part of most Full Council Meetings, Elected Members (councillors) are allowed to submit written questions to the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Members. Invariably, the questions come from Opposition councillors.
The questions are answered during the meeting and a single supplementary (follow-up) question is then allowed. These questions are separate to Motions, which are debated later in the meeting (if there is time).
Havering Council has just sent councillors the official record of the questions and the answers from the last Full Council Meeting, held on 01 September 2021, which we have published via the Members Questions 01 September 2021 link.
Questions 2, 7 and 12 came from Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association (UCRA) councillors. Questions 1, 6, 11, 13 and 15 came from Havering’s Residents’ Association (H.R.A) member councillors (UCRA councillors are also members of the H.R.A)
