As usual, Havering Astronomical Society will be holding two meeting in March 2025.

• Young Astronomers (aged 8-16) – Thursday 06 March from 7 to 8pm. This is a mix of space news, talks, activities and observing when possible. Please contact young.astronomers@havastro.co.uk for further details.
• Adult group – Wednesday 19 March, 7.15 for 7.30pm. Professor Simon Green, Emeritus Professor of Planetary and Space Science, The Open University, will present: ‘The Hera mission – validation of the DART asteroid kinetic impactor test’.
