Havering Council’s Cabinet will be holding their next meeting at 7.30pm on Wednesday 08 November 2023. One of the main items under discussion is a report on proposals for the 2024-25 budget in our borough.

With the council’s finances so badly stretched, they are likely to have to make difficult (and probably unpopular) decisions and this report details some of the things that are being considered.
