Havering Council have launched a budget consultation, looking towards the borough’s budget for the financial year 2022/23. They are seeking the views of residents and business owners.

The budget proposals put forward following the consultation, will be on behalf of the current Conservative Administration in Havering.

Upminster and Cranham Residents’ Association councillors (and other Havering’s Residents’ Association (H.R.A) member councillors) have not been asked to give their views and proposals, other than to take part in the public consultation.
