Havering Emergency Assistance Scheme

Havering Council have an emergency fund, the Havering Emergency Assistance Scheme, which can assist people who are most in financial need. This can include help with paying heating bills and providing essential goods and food.

There are a number of other ways that Havering can provide assistance and help, which are available via the Havering Helps web page. The same link can be used to apply for the Havering Emergency Assistance Scheme.

  1. Hi, my name is Esther Mackinnon Health Visitor. I am looking for a wardrobe for one of my family a single mother with a young baby who has recently moved into the area. She is on benefits and is currently on safeguarding plan. Are you able to assist.
