Congratulations to Hornchurch FC, who capped an unbelievable season by beating Hereford FC 3-1 in the Final of the FA Trophy at Wembley. After being 1-0 behind at half-time, Hornchurch dominated much of the second half, equalising mid-way through, before scoring two late goals.

Hornchurch, from the third-level of non-league football, are the first team outside of the top two levels to win the trophy since Hednesford Town in 2004. Even Leyton Orient could not reach these heights, finishing as losing finalists in 2019.
