The 3rd Upminster Scout Group currently have a few vacancies at their Wesley Beaver Colony for boys or girls aged 6-8. They meet on Thursdays 6-7pm at Upminster Methodist Church, Hall Lane RM14 1AE. Beavers enjoy a whole range of indoor and outdoor activities, craftwork, games and adventures as well as making new friends.

For older children, there are two Cub Packs, again for boys or girls aged 8-10½ (they progress to Scouts for ages 10½ -14, who meet on Fridays 7.30-9.00pm and thereafter to Explorers). The Wesley Cub Pack meet on Wednesdays 6.30-8pm at Upminster Methodist Church and the Livingstone Pack meet on Tuesdays 6.30-8pm at Trinity Church, Station Road Upminster RM14 2UD.

They are a strong Scout Group and have served Upminster for nearly 100 years, during which time thousands of children and volunteers have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Group.
