Neighbourhood Watch

A number of successful Neighbourhood Watches operate in our area and the police are keen to set-up more. These usually operate on a street-wide basis, whereby a co-ordinator receives information from the police and informs their neighbours. The police assist in setting up Neighbourhood Watches and provide ongoing support. They are a very useful way of seeking to keep a local area safer.
