Anyone in Havering who needs an urgent consultation with a doctor can now book appointments on weekday evenings, weekends and bank holidays, including Christmas Day. Same day, urgent appointments are available every weekday evening between 6.30pm and 10pm, and between 8am and 8pm at weekends.

Appointments can be booked in a number of ways –

• Calling your own doctor’s surgery during working hours.
• Calling the booking line directly on 020 3770 1888 between 2pm and 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 5pm on weekends.
• Calling NHS 111.
• Using the NHS app, which can be downloaded via this link.

Please note that these appointments will not necessarily be with your own doctor or practice.
