A recent planning application (P1861.21) at Unit 1A Howard Road, Upminster, attracted a fair amount of interest and comments to Upminster Councillors.

Erection of a three storey building to include 4 x 2-bed and 1 x 1-bed self contained flats with associated communal amenity spaces, cycle storage, and bin storage, involving demolition of existing commercial unit.
