Resurfacing works are planned for Lee Gardens Avenue (Dury Falls Estate) overnight from 8.30pm on Wednesday 24 April to 6am on Thursday 25 April 2024. During these times Lee Gardens Avenue will be closed to traffic.

Due to the nature of the works vehicular access for residents of the Dury Falls Estate will be very limited at certain times. Any drivers wishing to access/exit properties within the closed road or Dury Falls Estate may do so under strict guidance from traffic marshals, who will be located at the ends of the closure.

Should the works be delayed due to bad weather or a mechanical issue, then signs will be put up with information of revised dates.
