The Herbert Protocol – Help for those with Dementia if they go missing

The Herbert Protocol is a national scheme introduced by police forces across the country, that encourages carers, family and friends of people living with dementia, to put together useful information on a form, that will assist the police if that person goes missing.

Further information and a copy of the form can be found on the Met Police website.
