Havering Council have announced that black bag (general waste) and orange bag (recycling) collections will NOT be a day late after the August 2023 Bank Holiday. Residents should put out their bags on the normal collection day.

This will continue to be the case from now onwards when there are Bank Holidays.

We are awaiting clarification as to whether this also applies to green bin (garden waste) collections.
