With reference to our previous posts concerning the council’s consultation on proposals to close four of the borough’s libraries, we wanted to remind residents that the public event at Upminster Library will be held between 11am and 12.30pm on Wednesday 31 July 2024.

To ensure a seat, you can book via Havering Council Libraries Consultation – Upminster . However, the council have said that people without tickets can still turn up, although they will not be guaranteed a seat.
